Unlike traditional automatic car washes that rely on chemicals and equipment to clean the vehicle, every vehicle at Bubbles is washed by hand. Our conveyor system is simply used to move, rinse, and apply select products to the vehicle. The actual washing process is performed by trained team members using premium lamb's wool mitts, horsehair brushes, and professional-grade products.

Absolutely. Some vehicles require special accommodations due to low ground clearance, wide tires, aftermarket modifications, or unique finishes. If your vehicle cannot safely travel through our standard track system, we can accommodate by washing in our service bay.

Yes. Depending on the vehicle and service requested, we can often accommodate a completely stationary hand wash. Please speak with a Service Advisor upon arrival.

Silver is our renowned hand wash and dry. Gold adds clear coat conditioners and underbody treatment for enhanced shine and protection. Platinum includes all Gold features plus Graphene Shield protection and tire dressing for our highest level of exterior care.

Yes. Our Worry-Free Winter Wash process is specifically designed for Canadian winters and helps protect your vehicle from freezing conditions.

No. Your phone is required to access and redeem your membership at the time of service.

Yes. Bring your new vehicle to any Bubbles location and a Service Advisor will verify that the membership level is appropriate for the vehicle. A $25 vehicle change fee applies.

No. Memberships cannot be placed on hold. You may cancel your membership at any time and reactivate it whenever you're ready.
